Meet Zaira Díaz
Zaira began her accounting journey by managing finances for a construction company, then stepped into the full bookkeeping role when the bookkeeper retired. Her hands-on experience includes reconciliations, payroll, financial organization, and day-to-day accounting management.

ZD Accounting was founded by Zaira Díaz after she began helping her partner manage the finances for his construction company. When the company’s bookkeeper retired, Zaira stepped in and took over the full bookkeeping process, learning reconciliations, payroll, financial organization, and day-to-day accounting management.
Why it matters
Working hands-on in construction gave Zaira a deep understanding of the financial challenges business owners face. She knows how difficult it can be to balance running a business while staying on top of bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting.

Motivated to expand her knowledge, Zaira returned to school for professional certification in accounting and bookkeeping. Combining real-world experience with formal training, she founded ZD Accounting to provide dependable support for businesses that need clarity, structure, and peace of mind.
